Mopar Performance Air Conditioning Compressor Clutch Coil

The Mopar Performance Air Conditioning Compressor Clutch Coil is an A/C compressor clutch coil, also called a compressor clutch electromagnet. It is a replacement part for the electromagnetic clutch assembly on a vehicle's air conditioning compressor. When the A/C system calls for cooling, the coil is energized. This engages the clutch and lets the compressor turn and circulate refrigerant.

Key Features:

• Electromagnetic coil replaces a worn or failed clutch coil, which can restore normal A/C compressor clutch engagement
• Backed by the Mopar brand, the Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep and Ram parts and performance name
• Built for dependable cycling and long service life in the heat and vibration of the engine bay
• Replaces only the coil, so you may not need to replace the whole compressor when the rest of the unit is in good condition

Replacing a faulty clutch coil can fix symptoms such as an A/C compressor that will not engage, intermittent cooling or a clutch that fails to cycle. Choose the correct part number for your application from the available variants.
