Standard Motor Products Circuit Opening Relay

The Standard Motor Products Circuit Opening Relay (also called a fuel pump relay or fuel injection relay) is an electrical switching component in the fuel system. It controls power to the electric fuel pump. Its job is to cut that power when the engine is not running, such as when the ignition is on but the engine has stalled. A failing relay can cause hard starting, stalling, intermittent no-start conditions, or a fuel pump that does not prime.

Key Features:

• Switches power to the fuel pump circuit and helps limit fuel delivery when the engine is not running
• Designed to meet or exceed original equipment form, fit, and function
• Engineered for reliable electrical contact and consistent switching performance
• Plug-in design allows simple, tool-free installation in most applications
• Backed by Standard Motor Products' long-standing reputation in engine management and electrical components
