Dorman Brake Stop Light Switch Replacement

The Dorman brake light switch (also called a stop light switch or brake lamp switch) is a replacement part that turns on your brake lights when you press the brake pedal. A failed switch can leave the brake lights off or stuck on. It can also affect related systems that use the brake pedal signal.

Key Features:

• Designed as a direct replacement for the original brake light switch
• Signals the brake lights when the pedal is pressed and turns them off when it is released
• Built for dependable electrical contact and repeatable operation
• Helps restore normal brake light function and stop-lamp visibility
• Backed by Dorman's long record as an aftermarket parts supplier

Dorman designs its replacement parts to match the form, fit and function of the original equipment part. Choose the child item that matches your application to get the right connector and mounting style. Replacing a worn or faulty switch is a simple repair that helps keep brake lighting working as it should.
