Product Details

The Dorman idler pulley line includes ribbed plastic outside-diameter (OD) pulleys. They are also called serpentine belt idler pulleys or drive belt idler pulleys. Each pulley guides the serpentine belt along its path and helps keep belt routing and tension consistent. They are meant to replace worn, noisy, or failing idler pulleys.

Key Features:

  • Ribbed plastic OD design made to match the belt profile and guide the serpentine belt
  • Replaces worn pulleys that cause squealing, chirping, wobble, or uneven belt wear
  • Lightweight plastic construction resists corrosion
  • Built to fit and function like the original part, with no modification needed
  • Dorman is a trusted aftermarket brand known for OE-style replacement parts

Replacing a worn idler pulley helps protect the serpentine belt and the accessories it drives. Choose the correct variant for your application from the options on this page.
