Dorman Power Steering Reservoir with Cap

The Dorman power steering reservoir with cap (also called a power steering fluid reservoir, power steering fluid tank or PS pump reservoir) replaces a cracked, leaking or worn original tank in the power steering system. The reservoir holds the fluid supply the pump needs to give smooth, consistent steering assist.

Key Features:

• Replaces the original reservoir to help stop fluid leaks caused by cracks, aging plastic or damaged seams
• Includes a cap to seal the reservoir and keep dirt and contaminants out of the fluid
• Helps keep the power steering pump supplied with fluid, which supports quiet, smooth operation
• Designed as a direct-fit replacement, so most installations use basic hand tools
• Made by Dorman, a well-known aftermarket supplier of replacement parts

Replacing a failing reservoir helps prevent low fluid levels, pump noise and loss of power assist. After installation, refill the system with the fluid type specified by the vehicle manufacturer and bleed the system as needed. Choose the child item that matches your application.
