MAHLE OX Cartridge Engine Oil Filter

The MAHLE OX cartridge engine oil filter line (also called an oil filter element or insert) keeps contaminants out of the engine's lubrication system. That helps maintain oil quality, engine performance and efficiency. With the OX program, only the dirty filter element needs replacing instead of the whole filter. That makes servicing more economical and saves material and disposal costs.

Key Features:

• Original equipment design: Built with OE-style design, materials and performance in mind.
• Embossed, pleated filter media: Gives high dirt-holding capacity and low pressure drop.
• Stable pleat geometry: Helps keep filtration steady during cold starts.
• Pressure relief valve: Keeps oil flowing in cold, viscous conditions or when the element is heavily loaded.
• Non-return (anti-drain) valve: Where applicable, it helps stop the filter draining when the engine is off. That supports oil supply at start-up.
• Quality sealing: High-grade sealing materials keep contaminated and filtered oil separate.
• OX-Eco versions: The cartridges are metal-free and can be completely incinerated.

MAHLE is a leading OE supplier. Its cartridge oil filters give technicians and DIY owners a dependable, eco-conscious way to protect the engine at every oil change.
