EBC DP31864C Redstuff Ceramic Low Dust Brake Pads

The EBC Redstuff DP31864C ceramic brake pads deliver exceptional stopping power with significantly reduced brake dust for drivers who demand performance without the mess. These advanced brake pads reduce brake dust by 60-90% compared to traditional pads, and the minimal dust that does accumulate contains no steel fiber particles, making it easily removable with a simple sponge wash.

Key Features:

• Synthetic fiber-based compound enhanced with ceramic particles for superior performance
• Excellent cold bite performance that improves as temperatures rise
• Proven to reduce stopping distance by 13 meters from 100 mph compared to OEM pads
• EBC Brake-In surface coating conditions rotors and accelerates bed-in process
• Nominal friction coefficient of 0.5 for consistent, predictable braking
• Approximately 50% dust reduction with virtually no rotor wear
• Most pads approved to ECE R90 brake safety regulation
• Long-lasting, hard-wearing compound designed for fast street use

The Redstuff ceramic compound represents a significant advancement over earlier EBC formulations, offering improved longevity, better braking performance, and quieter operation. These pads are ideal for performance-oriented drivers who engage in repeated heavy braking on fast roads and highways. Note that due to the hard-wearing nature of the compound, bed-in times can extend up to 1000 miles as the pad conforms to your brake rotor surface. Patience during this break-in period will be rewarded with outstanding braking performance and minimal maintenance.
