The Bridgestone 8333 Blizzak IcePeak is a 185/55R16 87T XL studless winter tire. It is built for ice, snow and slush, and suits coupes, sedans, minivans and crossovers. It uses Bridgestone's MultiCell compound, which is designed to help the tire grip icy surfaces.

Key Features:

  • MultiCell compound: Microscopic pores in the tread help wick away the thin layer of water on ice, improving grip and braking.
  • 3D siping and directional tread: Extra biting edges improve control on packed snow, and the grooves help clear water and slush.
  • ENLITEN technology: Improves efficiency and wear resistance, and lowers rolling resistance.
  • Certified winter performance: Carries the Three-Peak Mountain Snowflake (3PMSF) and Ice Grip markings for severe snow service.
  • Size and rating: 185/55R16, load index 87, T speed rating (118 mph), XL (extra load), black sidewall.
  • Specifications: 12/32" tread depth, 50 PSI max inflation, about 24.0" overall diameter, 5.5" recommended rim width.

This is a dedicated winter tire. It is intended for use when temperatures stay consistently below 45°F, not for year-round use.
