Product Details

The Aisin BDACH-00044 heater blend door actuator (also called an HVAC air door actuator) is a replacement part for the main air inlet door in the climate control system. The actuator is a small electric motor and gear set. It moves the door that controls how much air passes through the HVAC housing, which helps keep cabin temperature and airflow steady.

Key Features:

  • Manufacturer part number: BDACH-00044
  • OEM reference number: 68164960AA
  • Position: Main
  • Actuator type: Air inlet
  • Terminals: 5-pin type terminals
  • Plastic construction
  • Comes with an installation manual

Aisin makes this replacement actuator for HVAC systems with worn or failed units. Typical signs of a failing actuator include clicking sounds behind the dash and temperature or airflow that no longer responds to the controls.

Everything went very well and quickly.

Very easy to navigate and fair prices with free shipping!

Nice website, easy to see the product and the specs on it.

Great price and delivery time on live well timer order. Other order of boat trailer guidepost kept getting cancelled so placed call to boatplicity to find out they do not sell that part. An email to me explaining why order was cancelled would have been nice. Otherwise all good.
