The Aisin BDAAZ-00091 is a main HVAC air door actuator, also called a heater blend door actuator. It is a small electric motor and gear unit that moves the door inside the heating and A/C housing. That door controls airflow and mixes warm and cool air before it reaches the cabin vents. It is a direct replacement for OEM part number 88970277.

The only issue I can report is that the packaging is not sturdy enough for shipping heavy parts. I ordered a flywheel, for instance, and it arrived damaged because the teeth had punched through the cardboard box.
