Vintage Air 137020 Ford 429/460 Big Block A/C Compressor Bracket Kit

The Vintage Air 137020 is a Ford 429/460 Big Block A/C Compressor Bracket Kit designed to provide a simple, economical solution for mounting an air conditioning compressor on classic Ford big block engines. This kit eliminates the need to source difficult-to-find OEM brackets, making it an ideal upgrade for street rods, hot rods, and classic Ford builds.

Constructed from heavy-duty steel plate, this bracket kit is engineered for a direct-fit installation on Ford 429 and 460 cubic inch engines. It is compatible with Vintage Air power steering add-on bracket kits, which require this compressor bracket as a foundation for mounting.

Kit Includes:

• Steel plate compressor mounting bracket
• Idler arm
• Idler pulley
• Spacers
• All necessary mounting hardware

Important Notes:

• Due to the wide range of accessory options and pulley diameters, measuring pulleys is recommended to select the proper V-belt length
• If running Lincoln or aftermarket pulleys, additional spacing may be required
• 1975–77 and 1978 non-California, non-A/C trucks equipped with a 1-groove water pump pulley will require an upgrade to a 2-groove pulley

All Vintage Air bracket kits are proudly made in the USA, include all parts necessary for a complete installation, and are backed by a three-year warranty against manufacturer defects.
