Belimo A-22G-A23 Gas Monitor Calibration Cap and Tube Accessory

The Belimo A-22G-A23 is a replacement calibration cap and tube designed for use with Belimo 22G Series gas monitors. This accessory is an essential component for performing accurate annual calibrations on Belimo gas monitoring equipment used in commercial HVAC applications.

The A-22G-A23 is used in conjunction with calibration gas bottles to deliver calibration gas directly to the sensor inlet of the monitor, enabling non-interactive zero and span calibration procedures. It is compatible with a wide range of 22G Series gas monitors, including models designed to detect vehicle emissions, indoor air quality gases, combustibles, toxic gases, and oxygen levels.

Compatible Gas Monitor Applications:

• Carbon monoxide (CO) monitors
• Carbon dioxide (CO₂) monitors
• Nitrogen dioxide (NO₂) monitors
• Ammonia (NH₃) monitors
• Propane (C₃H₈) monitors
• Oxygen leak and oxygen depletion monitors
• Hydrogen sulfide (H₂S), chlorine (Cl₂), and other toxic gas monitors

Key Details:

• Replacement calibration cap and tube for Belimo 22G Series gas monitors
• Used with Belimo EXT-OP-GAS series calibration gas bottles
• Supports non-interactive zero and span calibration
• Compatible with vehicle-emissions, indoor-air-quality, combustible, toxic, and oxygen monitor variants
• Pairs with the A-22G-A22 full calibration kit (regulator, cap, and hose)

Belimo 22G Series gas monitors require calibration at least once per year. The A-22G-A23 provides a cost-effective way to replace the cap and tube without purchasing a complete calibration kit, keeping your gas monitoring system in compliance and operating accurately.
