Dynamic Friction 6524-31112 DFC Plain Brake Rotor and Pad Kit

The Dynamic Friction Company (DFC) 6524-31112 is a complete brake rotor and pad kit featuring premium plain (smooth/blank) brake rotors engineered to deliver reliable, OEM-quality stopping performance. Designed as a direct-fit replacement, this kit is built to match the original equipment specifications for form, fit, and function.

DFC's plain brake rotors are formulated with premium G3000/G11H18 cast iron — the same specification used by original equipment manufacturers — delivering the strength, stability, and durability needed for consistent braking performance. Each rotor is CNC-machined to tight tolerances and features a non-directional surface finish to promote faster brake pad bed-in and quieter, smoother stops from the very first use.

Key Features:

• Premium G3000/G11H18 cast iron construction for superior strength and long-term durability
• CNC-machined to the tightest tolerances for precise fit and smooth operation
• Non-directional finish promotes faster break-in and reduces noise
• OE vane configuration for proper airflow and maximum heat dissipation
• 100% precision mill-balanced to eliminate vibration and pedal pulsation at all speeds
• 100% electronically inspected — each rotor is measured across all critical attributes to ensure OE specification compliance
• Rust-resistant coating on hat, vents, and edges for added corrosion protection
• Direct OEM replacement — no modifications required, installs straight from the box

The DFC 6524-31112 kit pairs these high-quality plain rotors with DFC's 5000 Series Advanced Brake Pads, specially formulated to provide consistent friction, fade resistance, and reduced dust levels. Together, they deliver a matched, balanced braking system backed by a 1-year manufacturer warranty.
