Dynamic Friction 6502-31485 Drilled Disc Brake Rotor

The Dynamic Friction Company 6502-31485 is a premium drilled disc brake rotor engineered to deliver improved stopping performance over OEM rotors. Designed as a direct OE replacement, this rotor installs without modification and meets or exceeds original equipment specifications for reliable, consistent braking.

Key Features:

• Cross-Drilled Holes: Reduce heat buildup on the rotor surface during braking; chamfered drill holes minimize the risk of cracking under stress
• Premium G3000/G11H18 Iron Casting: Engineered for superior strength, stability, and long-term durability
• OE Vane Configuration: Maintains proper and maximum heat dissipation consistent with factory design
• CNC-Machined to Tight Tolerances: Ensures precise fitment and consistent performance
• 100% Precision Mill-Balanced: Delivers smoother stopping and eliminates vibration at any speed
• Non-Directional Surface Finish: Promotes faster, more even brake pad bed-in and quieter stops
• Zinc-Plated Hub, Vents, and Edge: Provides rust and corrosion protection for extended service life
• Direct OE Replacement: No modifications required for installation

Each rotor casting is processed at DFC's state-of-the-art machining facilities and passes a 100% electronic inspection measuring over 20 attributes to ensure full compliance with OE specifications. The result is a brake rotor that delivers quieter, smoother stops with improved bite — ideal for everyday driving and demanding conditions alike.
