Dynamic Friction 9514-73112 DFC Geomet Coated Brake Rotor - Plain

The Dynamic Friction Company (DFC) 9514-73112 is a Geomet-coated plain brake rotor engineered to deliver consistent stopping power with superior corrosion resistance. Designed as a direct OE replacement, this rotor meets or exceeds original equipment specifications for a precise, hassle-free fit.

DFC's proprietary Geomet coating is a water-based, zinc-rich surface treatment applied to the entire rotor—including the hat, vanes, and edges—providing far better rust and corrosion protection than standard e-coat or paint finishes. This helps eliminate unsightly rust blooming on the rotor face and extends the service life of the rotor, especially in regions with road salt, humidity, or wet conditions.

Key Features:

• Geomet Coating: Full-rotor corrosion protection including hat and cooling vanes
• Plain (Non-Slotted/Non-Drilled) Face: Maximum rotor surface contact for consistent, reliable braking
• OE-Quality Metallurgy: Premium grey iron casting for optimal thermal dissipation and noise-free operation
• Direct OE Replacement: No modifications required for installation
• Precision Machined: Tight tolerances ensure proper rotor runout and reduced pedal pulsation
• Ready to Install: No cleaning or additional coating required before mounting

The DFC 9514-73112 plain rotor is an excellent choice for daily drivers and commuter vehicles where smooth, quiet, and long-lasting brake performance is the priority. Pair with DFC brake pads for a fully optimized braking system.
