Dynamic Friction 6804-13046 Plain Brake Rotor

The Dynamic Friction Company (DFC) 6804-13046 is a plain-faced replacement brake rotor engineered to deliver consistent stopping performance and long service life. Manufactured to meet or exceed OEM specifications, this rotor is designed as a direct bolt-on replacement, ensuring proper fitment and eliminating the need for modifications during installation.

DFC plain rotors feature a high-carbon grey iron construction that provides excellent heat dissipation, reduced noise, and enhanced resistance to cracking and warping under repeated thermal cycling. Each rotor undergoes precision machining to achieve tight thickness variation tolerances, which helps eliminate brake pedal pulsation and vibration during braking.

Key Features:

• Plain (smooth-faced) rotor design for quiet, everyday street driving performance
• High-carbon grey iron construction for superior strength and thermal stability
• Precision-machined friction surface for minimal lateral runout and thickness variation
• Protective coating on non-friction surfaces to resist rust and corrosion during storage and service
• Direct OEM replacement — no modifications required for installation
• Manufactured to meet or exceed OEM specifications for fit, form, and function

The DFC 6804-13046 plain brake rotor is an ideal choice for drivers seeking a reliable, cost-effective OEM-quality replacement that restores safe, confident braking performance.
