Dynamic Friction 6802-72080 Plain Brake Rotor

The Dynamic Friction Company (DFC) 6802-72080 is a plain-faced replacement brake rotor engineered to deliver reliable, consistent stopping performance. Manufactured to strict OEM-equivalent tolerances, this rotor is designed as a direct-fit replacement, making installation straightforward without the need for modifications.

DFC rotors are produced using high-carbon gray iron castings, which provide superior heat dissipation, reduced noise, and longer pad life compared to standard iron rotors. The plain (non-slotted, non-drilled) surface offers maximum pad contact area, making it an ideal choice for everyday street driving where consistent, fade-resistant braking is the priority.

Key Features:

• Plain rotor surface for maximum brake pad contact and consistent stopping power
• High-carbon gray iron construction for improved heat dissipation and reduced vibration
• Manufactured to OEM dimensions and specifications for a precise direct-fit replacement
• Finished with a corrosion-resistant coating on non-friction surfaces to prevent premature rust
• Balanced and tested to minimize brake noise, pulsation, and pedal vibration
• Meets or exceeds FMSI/SAE standards for safety and performance

The Dynamic Friction 6802-72080 plain brake rotor is an excellent choice for drivers seeking a dependable, long-lasting OEM-style replacement. Compatible with standard brake pad compounds and requiring no special bedding-in procedure beyond normal break-in recommendations.
