EBC OSUTVX6380 OSX Oversize UTV Brake Rotor Kit with Relocation Bracket

The EBC OSUTVX6380 is an oversize brake rotor upgrade kit engineered specifically for side-by-side UTVs. This kit pairs an enlarged two-piece fully floating rotor with a precision-machined caliper relocation bracket, delivering a significant jump in braking performance over the factory setup without requiring caliper replacement.

Key Features:

• Fully floating rotor design resists warping and manages heat more effectively than solid, fixed rotors under hard use
• 247mm rotor diameter — an increase over the stock disc size for improved leverage and clamping force
• DB420 heat-treated and tempered stainless steel construction, 100% British-made for consistent metallurgical quality
• Diamond-ground rotor surface finished to less than 2 microns for smooth, consistent pad contact and precise brake feel
• EBC side-by-side race profile with self-cleaning disc geometry to shed mud, debris, and water
• Solid disc style optimized for UTV braking loads and trail conditions
• Includes caliper relocation bracket — repositions your existing stock caliper to align with the larger rotor; no caliper upgrade required
• Bolt-on installation with no permanent modifications to the vehicle

The OSUTVX6380 is part of EBC's proven oversize rotor lineup, a worldwide best-seller trusted by off-road enthusiasts and racers. The larger rotor diameter enhances heat dissipation to reduce brake fade during extended hard braking, while the upgraded geometry delivers improved modulation and control. Kit includes the rotor and all necessary hardware for installation.
