Product Details

The Wehrli Custom Fabrication WCF100112 is a VGT / S300SXE Outlet Steel Flange and Clamp Kit designed for diesel performance builders and fabricators working with Borg Warner S300-SXE or Duramax VGT/VVT style turbochargers. CNC machined from billet steel at WCFab's facility in DeKalb, Illinois, this kit gives DIY fabricators a precision-grade foundation for building custom hot-side intercooler piping.

Key Features:

  • 3" billet steel V-band mating flange compatible with Borg Warner S300-SXE and Duramax VGT/VVT style turbochargers
  • Includes V-band clamp for a secure, leak-free connection
  • O-ring seal for positive sealing at the compressor outlet
  • CNC machined from billet steel for precision fit and long-lasting durability
  • Allows custom intercooler plumbing using a v-band connection rather than a conventional hose outlet
  • Made in the USA

Important Notes: This kit requires modifying the compressor cover of an S300 or VGT style turbocharger to accept a v-band connection. Compressor outlet cones are sold separately.

Whether building a single or twin turbo setup, the WCF100112 delivers the precision fitment and quality craftsmanship WCFab is known for throughout the diesel performance community.

Easy to do

Great!

Have not heard back the Fender flare. Rubber piece that was sent has defect in it. And I did not see it, and also the rear two fender, flares the front holes do not line up on passenger and driver's side.

I haven't used it yet, waiting for other items to arrive.

Transaction was easy, product shipped on time.
