Johnson Controls VG1845DN+938GGC 1-1/4" 3-Way Ball Valve 11.7 Cv 24V

The Johnson Controls VG1845DN+938GGC is a 1-1/4" NPT three-way stainless steel trim ball valve with a factory-paired 24V proportional spring-return electric actuator. It is also called a 3-way ball valve and actuator assembly or a modulating HVAC control valve. It regulates the flow of hot or chilled water, and of low-pressure steam, in HVAC systems in response to a controller signal.

Key Features:

• 1-1/4" female NPT threaded connections
• Three-way body pattern for mixing or diverting service
• 11.7 Cv flow capacity
• Stainless steel trim with a forged brass body
• 24V proportional control with spring-return fail-safe operation
• Normally open (N/O) configuration
• Equal percentage flow characteristic for accurate temperature control
• 200 psi close-off pressure rating for tight shutoff
• EPDM double O-ring stem seals and graphite-reinforced PTFE seats
• Rated for hot or chilled water, glycol solutions under 50%, and steam under 15 psi (stainless trim models)
• Stainless trim media temperature range of 23° to 250°F (-5° to 121°C)
• VG1000 Series ball valves are rated for 200,000 full-cycle life expectancy

The valve belongs to the VG1000 Series of forged brass ball valves, which has a 1-year manufacturer warranty. It is a dependable choice for replacing or specifying zone, coil, and mixing applications in commercial building automation systems.
