Motorad EVP0650 EVAP Vapor Canister Charcoal Emissions Control

The Motorad EVP0650 Vapor Canister is a direct-fit replacement component for your vehicle's evaporative emissions control (EVAP) system. The vapor canister captures and stores fuel vapors from the fuel tank, preventing them from venting directly into the atmosphere and helping your vehicle meet emissions regulations.

Packed with an activated charcoal bed, the canister adsorbs fuel vapors until the engine is running, at which point the stored vapors are routed back to the engine to be burned — reducing harmful emissions and supporting overall fuel efficiency.

Key Features:

• Activated charcoal bed matched to OEM capacity and grade — charcoal volume and adsorption quality validated to OE specifications to handle peak vapor loads without premature saturation
• Multi-layer internal flow design — distributes vapor evenly through the charcoal media for stable, consistent adsorption efficiency over time
• OE failure mode corrections — housing crack points, port geometry, and charcoal retention engineered to address root-cause weaknesses of the original design
• Pressure-cycle tested — housing validated to withstand repeated vacuum and pressure cycles, resisting fatigue cracking that leads to slow leaks and EVAP diagnostic faults
• Built to meet or exceed OEM standards for reliable, long-lasting performance

The Motorad EVP0650 is a quality replacement vapor canister designed to restore proper EVAP system function, keep emissions in check, and help your vehicle pass emissions testing.
