Dayco 3VX600 Cogged V-Belt 60 Inch

The Dayco 3VX600 is a premium cogged V-belt designed for high-performance power transmission in industrial and automotive applications. This belt features a 60-inch outside circumference and belongs to Dayco's Pow'r Weg (Power Wedge) series, engineered to deliver superior performance in demanding conditions.

Key Features:

• Cogged construction reduces heat buildup and increases flexibility for operation on smaller diameter pulleys
• 3VX cross-section provides higher horsepower capacity compared to standard 3V belts
• Oil and heat resistant construction withstands tough operating environments
• Static conductive design prevents static electricity buildup
• Advanced rubber compounds deliver excellent wear resistance and extended service life
• Precision manufacturing ensures consistent performance and reduced vibration

The cogged design on the inner surface of this belt allows it to run cooler and more efficiently than conventional smooth V-belts, making it ideal for high-speed applications and drives with backside idlers. The 3VX profile is commonly used in industrial machinery, HVAC systems, agricultural equipment, and performance automotive applications where reliability and power transmission efficiency are critical.
