Product Details

The MP281G is a single-component (1K), light gray, high-build primer surfacer formulated for automotive collision refinishing. Designed for fast turnaround in professional body shops, this primer surfacer delivers excellent filling capability and sands easily to prepare surfaces for topcoat application.

Key Features:

  • Single Component (1K) Formula: Requires only reducer/thinner to spray — no hardener needed
  • Fast Drying: Quick dry time allows sanding in approximately 30 minutes under normal conditions
  • High Build: Excellent filling properties to level surface imperfections and scratches
  • Easy to Sand: Smooth, workable film that blocks and sands cleanly
  • Light Gray Color: Neutral light gray tone provides an ideal base for a wide range of topcoat colors
  • 1 Gallon Size (MP281G): Full gallon container for high-volume shop use

This primer surfacer is suitable for application over properly cleaned and sanded bare metal, body filler, and cured OEM or refinish coatings. Compatible with a wide range of acrylic urethane basecoats, single-stage enamels, and sealers. Always follow manufacturer mixing and application instructions, wear appropriate PPE, and consult the product Safety Data Sheet prior to use.

Thanks

Fast and easy. No hustle. I like it.

Easy to find. Picture of item helped along with description

Thanks!

Price was fantastic compared to other distributors. Shipping was fast.

Quick and easy to order, fast shipping sealed the deal

all was great!

I'm waiting on my refund. I was not happy that I couldn't talk to a real person regarding my return and my repurchase of the correct prop that I needed. So , if I get my total refund without a huge restocking fee(since the prop is new in original packaging and I bought another prop that is the correct size) then I will be extremely satisfied.

This was one of the few places I could find that had these in stock.
