KYB 3350143 Excel-G Nitrogen Gas-Charged Twin-Tube Strut

The KYB 3350143 Excel-G Gas Strut is a premium nitrogen gas-charged, twin-tube suspension strut engineered to restore a vehicle's original handling, stability, and ride control. As part of KYB's renowned Excel-G lineup, this strut carries the OEA (Original Equipment for the Aftermarket) classification — built on the same assembly lines and with the same OE-quality components used in KYB's new-vehicle manufacturing supply chain.

Key Features:

• Nitrogen gas-charged twin-tube design for consistent, fade-resistant damping performance
• Seamless working cylinder paired with a Teflon-coated piston band for a positive seal and extended service life
• Triple chrome-plated piston rod with multi-lip oil seals to minimize wear and prevent leaks
• Precision sintered-iron strut rod guide helps maintain correct wheel alignment under all driving conditions
• Strong, thick strut body and brackets minimize flex and help preserve proper alignment
• Vehicle-specific, hand-assembled damping valves tuned to correctly manage tire contact, steering response, and body movement
• Supports proper function of electronic safety systems (ESC, ABS, automated braking) that rely on correctly performing suspension components

The KYB Excel-G is the preferred choice of professional technicians for restoring a vehicle's originally designed ride and handling characteristics — not altering them. Sold individually. KYB recommends pairing with a new strut mount and strut boot for optimal noise reduction and long-term protection.
