KYB 3350140 Excel-G Gas Strut OEA Nitrogen Twin-Tube Suspension Strut

The KYB 3350140 Excel-G Gas Strut is a premium, nitrogen gas-charged suspension strut engineered to restore a vehicle's original ride control, handling, and stability. As part of KYB's Excel-G lineup, this strut carries the OEA (Original Equipment for the Aftermarket) classification — built on the same assembly lines and using the same OE-quality components as KYB's new-vehicle manufacturer parts.

Key Features:

• Nitrogen gas-charged, twin-tube design for consistent damping performance and fade-free operation
• Vehicle-specific, hand-assembled damping valves to precisely manage tire contact, steering response, and body movement
• Triple chrome-plated piston rod with multi-lip oil seals to minimize wear and extend service life
• Seamless working cylinder matched with a Teflon-coated piston band for a positive, long-lasting seal
• Precision sintered iron strut rod guide to help retain correct wheel alignment under all driving conditions
• Strong, thick strut body and brackets engineered to minimize flex and maintain alignment in all conditions
• Supports proper function of electronic safety systems such as Electronic Stability Control and automated braking

KYB recommends pairing this strut with a new strut mount (KYB SM series) and a KYB strut boot to protect against dirt, debris, and road salt for maximum longevity. The Excel-G is the trusted choice of professional technicians seeking a factory-grade restoration of suspension performance.
