ACDelco 42789293 GM OE Air Conditioning Evaporator Kit

The ACDelco 42789293 is a GM Original Equipment A/C Evaporator Kit designed to restore proper air conditioning performance to compatible GM vehicles. As a genuine OE replacement component, it is engineered to meet the same design and performance standards as the factory-installed part.

Key Features:

• GM Original Equipment part — designed, engineered, and tested to GM's rigorous OE standards
• Functions as a heat exchanger within the HVAC housing, absorbing heat from cabin air to deliver cool, dehumidified airflow
• Vacuum-brazed construction for structural integrity and long-term reliability
• Corrosion-treated for lasting, trouble-free operation
• Leak-tested prior to shipment to help ensure performance out of the box
• Meets OE specifications for proper form, fit, and function — a direct factory replacement
• Kit includes the evaporator core and related system components

ACDelco GM Original Equipment parts are the same components validated by GM engineers for Chevrolet, Buick, GMC, and Cadillac vehicles. Replacing a failed or leaking evaporator core with a genuine OE kit helps restore full A/C system efficiency and cabin comfort.
