Motorad TA9120 HVAC Heater Control Valve

The Motorad TA9120 is an HVAC heater control valve, also known as a heater coolant control valve, engineered to regulate coolant flow between the engine and the heater core. By precisely directing coolant to the proper channels, it ensures consistent cabin heating performance and supports efficient engine thermal management.

Key Features:

• Designed to meet or exceed OE specifications in fit, form, and function
• 100% factory tested for proper signal response and electrical isolation
• Manufactured using OEM-approved materials for durability in extreme temperature conditions
• Extensive validation testing including high/low temperature impact, thermal vibration, durability, static electricity, and micro tension testing
• Produced at ISO TS16949 certified manufacturing facilities
• Direct replacement for the original heater control valve

Motorad coolant control valves are built to deliver precise, reliable coolant redirection across a wide range of applications. The TA9120 restores proper HVAC function and protects against the cabin heat loss and coolant management issues associated with a failing heater valve.
