Product Details

The ACDelco 84840527 is a GM OE (Original Equipment) Forward Vision Driver Camera Assembly designed to restore the advanced driver assistance and vision system functionality in select GM vehicles. This camera is a direct-fit OEM replacement, engineered to the same specifications as the unit originally installed at the factory.

Forward vision cameras are a critical component of modern driver assistance systems, enabling features such as automatic emergency braking, forward collision alert, lane departure warning, and other ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) functions. Replacing a failed or damaged camera with this genuine ACDelco part ensures proper system calibration and performance.

Key Features:

  • Genuine ACDelco / GM OE replacement part
  • Direct factory fit — no modifications required
  • Restores OEM forward vision and ADAS functionality
  • Manufactured to GM original equipment specifications
  • Ensures compatibility with factory ADAS calibration procedures
  • Part Number: 84840527

Important Installation Note: Forward vision camera systems typically require professional recalibration using GM-approved diagnostic equipment (such as Tech 2 or GDS2) after replacement. Consult a qualified technician for installation and calibration.

fast and easy

Had what I needed and shipped next day

Great

The turbo (s475sx-e) has been my best purchase this year. The order was placed at the end of the workday and Thmotorsports shipped it the very next morning, also the box arrived in magnificent condition, the turbo was picture perfect without a blemish. Thmotorsports was the most affordable out of all ten sites that were considered, with top notch shipping. I have to say Thmotorsports was the best choice for my genuine part.

The part is as advertised and is an exact fit. Very fast shipping with great communication. Will use them again when I need boat parts.

Great service and fast delivery service. Ill order from again. Thanks

Quick shipping. Item was correct. Great transaction.

Thank you.

received my order of a hard to find item in good quality and quick delivery time.
