US Motor Works 13011 Fluid Control Thermostat Kit 3/8" NPT Billet Aluminum

The US Motor Works 13011 is a billet-style cast aluminum fluid control thermostat kit designed to optimize oil temperature management for engine and transmission cooling systems. Featuring 3/8" NPT inlet and outlet ports, this thermostat intelligently bypasses the oil cooler until fluid reaches the ideal operating threshold, then routes all flow through the cooler to maintain consistent temperatures.

At 180°F activation temperature, the internal thermostatic valve closes and directs 100% of the oil through the cooler while maintaining a constant pressure system. This ensures the engine or transmission reaches optimal operating temperature quickly before engaging the cooler — particularly beneficial in cold weather climates where premature cooling can cause wear and inefficiency.

Key Features:

• Billet-style cast aluminum construction for strength and durability
• Activates at 180°F — bypasses cooler below this threshold for faster warm-up
• Flows up to 20 gallons per minute
• Rated at 200 PSI
• 3/8" NPT inlet and outlet ports (dual inlets, dual outlets)
• Unit rotates 180 degrees to change fluid flow direction for flexible installation
• Polished aluminum finish
• Hardware kit included: brass hose barb fittings (3/8" NPT male to 3/8" hose barb) and hose clamps

Compatible with the US Motor Works 13026 fluid control thermostat mount kit for secure, clean installation. Cross-references with part numbers 25011, 25719, 15719, 25791, and 25792.
