Bluesky MISC PPS-4320 Exhaust Header Wrap 2" x 50ft Roll

The Bluesky MISC PPS-4320 is a 2-inch wide exhaust header wrap designed to retain heat within exhaust pipes, reducing under-hood temperatures and improving exhaust gas velocity. By keeping heat inside the exhaust system, this wrap helps lower intake air temperatures and protects nearby engine bay components such as wiring, hoses, and rubber fittings from radiant heat damage.

Key Features:

• 2" wide x 50ft roll — sufficient coverage for most header and exhaust pipe applications
• Retains exhaust heat to improve scavenging and exhaust gas flow efficiency
• Reduces under-hood radiant heat, protecting sensitive components
• Woven fiberglass construction for high-temperature resistance
• Pliable material wraps tightly around bends and curves without pre-wetting
• Universal fit suitable for automotive, motorcycle, and powersports exhaust systems

Installation Notes:

• Wear gloves and protective clothing during installation to avoid fiberglass irritation
• Pre-soaking in water can improve pliability and reduce fiberglass particulate during wrapping
• Use a recommended overlap of approximately 1/4" for proper coverage without over-insulating
• Secure ends with stainless steel locking ties
• Some smoke and odor during initial heat cycles is normal

The PPS-4320 header wrap is a cost-effective thermal management solution for street vehicles, race builds, motorcycles, and marine exhaust applications where heat control is essential.
