The Honeywell Farenhyt IDP-PHOTO-W is an intelligent, plug-in photoelectric smoke detector engineered for commercial and institutional addressable fire alarm systems. Its enhanced optical sensing chamber is designed to detect smoke from a broad range of combustion sources, delivering reliable early warning while minimizing nuisance alarms.

Detector sensitivity is fully programmable through compatible Farenhyt Series fire alarm control panel (FACP) software, and is continuously monitored and reported back to the panel for real-time status awareness. Rotary decimal address switches enable precise Point ID addressing, allowing technicians to pinpoint exact detector locations when chamber contamination requires service.
