Robertshaw 5300-615 Electric Thermostat Kit 60-250°F 72" Capillary Open-on-Rise SPST

The Robertshaw 5300-615 is a commercial-grade electric thermostat kit featuring a snap-acting, single pole single throw (SPST) switching mechanism with a temperature range of 60°F to 250°F and a 72-inch (6-foot) capillary. Configured as an open-on-rise-to-high control, the thermostat opens the circuit when the sensed temperature rises to the high set point, making it well suited for commercial cooking and foodservice equipment applications.

Part of Robertshaw's 5300 Series Standard Uni-Kit line, the 5300-615 is engineered as a direct replacement for many variations of the legacy "EA" family of controls. The kit includes a dial, bezel, and a 2-inch break-off shaft grooved at all standard stem lengths for easy field adjustment to the required stem depth.
