Product Details

The Boyesen SC-04B Factory Racing Ignition Cover delivers the iconic "Works" look that serious motocross and off-road riders demand. Built to outlast and outperform stock ignition covers, this upgrade combines race-proven durability with a professional factory aesthetic that sets any bike apart on the track or trail.

Key Features:

  • Investment-cast aluminum construction — lightweight and strong, guaranteed not to warp like OEM plastic or inferior covers
  • Super-tough powder-coated finish — UV-resistant, exterior-grade coating resists weathering, wear, and tear for long-lasting good looks
  • Precision-surfaced mating face — individually inspected and surfaced to ensure a perfect, leak-free fit against the engine case
  • Seals out dirt and moisture — keeps contaminants away from sensitive ignition components in even the harshest riding conditions
  • Includes asbestos-free nitrile-bound gasket — provides a tight, leak-free seal right out of the box; no separate gasket purchase required
  • Black powder-coat finish — clean, aggressive factory racing appearance

Boyesen's Factory Racing Ignition Covers have been a staple in the motocross pits for decades, trusted by top professional riders and weekend warriors alike. Whether refreshing a project bike or adding a finishing touch to a dedicated race machine, the SC-04B delivers the perfect balance of quality construction and factory-style performance at a competitive price point.

The part was exactly what I needed. Installed and working great.

The product quality is good, and delivery is fast.

Have not had time to install, I will let you know how it turns out. Thanks

Ordered it, came it good time, was the right one, put in my car, now it's working like a beauty. Couldn't ask for anything different

Awesome experience. Price of my purchase was $30 cheaper than everyone else for the same exact product. Shipping was fast and the communication about the shipping was excellent. I'll certainly will be purchasing again. Keep up the awesome customer service.

fast service

Ordered a tire and received a tire. Took a couple days after shipping tag was created for it to actually ship, but it was a holiday week. Came pretty quick after the FedEx tracking was updated.

I bought my item from them due to the original site I bought from kept telling me my item was back ordered and didnt know when they would have one. It was easy and painless to order and received my item in a timely matter. The price was good especially seeing what other sites were charging, not the lowest price but we'll worth the extra 20 bucks I paid. Will buy from them again if they have what I need.

They are BEAUTIFUL!!!
