Daikin-McQuay 107179804 2-Position General Valve Actuator 277V 50/60Hz

The Daikin-McQuay 107179804 is an OEM 2-position general valve actuator designed for commercial HVAC applications operating at 277V, 50/60Hz. This electromechanical actuator controls the open/closed positioning of a hydronic valve within connected Daikin and McQuay fan coil and air handling systems, regulating fluid flow through heating and cooling coils in response to control system commands.

Identified in the McQuay Seasonmaker ThinLine Horizontal Fan Coil replacement parts documentation as a component of the 277V 3-way valve assembly, this actuator is a genuine OEM replacement part engineered to maintain precise system performance in commercial building environments. Its 2-position (fully open / fully closed) operation makes it well-suited for zone control and on/off flow regulation in multi-zone hydronic systems.

Key Features:

• Operating Voltage: 277V AC, 50/60Hz dual-frequency compatible
• Control Type: 2-position (open/close) — no modulating signal required
• Application: Hydronic valve actuation in fan coil units and air handling equipment
• OEM Part: Genuine Daikin-McQuay replacement component for the Seasonmaker and related product lines
• Compatibility: Designed for use with Daikin Applied / McQuay commercial HVAC systems

This actuator is an essential replacement part for maintaining precise fluid control in commercial heating and cooling circuits, ensuring stable system operation and energy-efficient zone management in institutional, office, and multi-zone building applications.
