Daikin-McQuay 106233805 Two-Position Valve Actuator 277V 50/60Hz Normally Closed

The Daikin-McQuay 106233805 is a two-position, normally closed electric valve actuator designed for commercial HVAC hydronic systems. Operating at 277V AC, 50/60Hz, this actuator is engineered to control the open/close positioning of heating and cooling valves in air handling units, fan coil units, and terminal HVAC equipment.

This part cross-references to the Schneider Electric (Erie) AG14T020Q1 and serves as a direct OEM replacement for Erie part numbers AG14T060 and Daikin-McQuay part number 300034301. The normally closed (N/C) configuration ensures the valve defaults to the closed (safe) position upon power loss, providing reliable fail-safe operation in commercial building automation environments.

Key Features:

• Operating Voltage: 277V AC, 50/60Hz
• Control Type: Two-position (On/Off)
• Fail-Safe Mode: Normally Closed (N/C) — valve closes on power loss
• Lead Length: 18 inches
• End Switch: None
• Cross-Reference: Schneider Electric (Erie) AG14T020Q1
• Replaces: Erie AG14T060, Daikin-McQuay 300034301

This OEM-grade actuator is built for precision and long-term reliability in demanding commercial HVAC applications, including multi-zone hydronic systems found in office buildings, schools, hospitals, and industrial facilities.
