Product Details

The Caliso 98490 is a direct-fit replacement aluminum heater core designed to restore proper cabin heating performance. Heater cores are critical components of a vehicle's HVAC system, circulating hot engine coolant through a small radiator-style matrix to warm the passenger compartment. This unit is constructed with an aluminum core, offering a lightweight and corrosion-resistant alternative to OEM copper/brass designs while delivering efficient heat transfer.

Key Features:

  • Aluminum construction for improved heat dissipation and reduced weight
  • Direct-fit replacement for straightforward installation
  • Designed to meet or exceed OEM performance standards
  • Leak-tested for quality assurance before shipping
  • Restores proper cabin heating and defrost function

Replacing a faulty or leaking heater core with the Caliso 98490 helps prevent coolant loss, fogged windows, and loss of interior heat. Always flush and refill your cooling system with fresh coolant after heater core replacement.

Good experience!

Quick delivery and great customer service

I didn't use boatplicity.com for customer assistance, but the "contact us" section. the unit isn't, hasn't nor was it working as designed. air blows, but it isn't even close to warm air.

However I need to return this part because it is apparently not compatible with my vehicle! Please send me a return document and address.

Very very fast delivery
