GT Radial B890 Champiro SX2 Extreme Performance Summer Tire

The GT Radial Champiro SX2 is an extreme performance summer tire engineered for performance-oriented coupes and sedans that demand higher levels of grip, traction, steering response, and control in both dry and wet conditions. Equally at home on the street or the track, the Champiro SX2 delivers the confidence and precision enthusiast drivers expect.

Key Features:

• Asymmetric Tread Pattern – An aggressive asymmetric tread design tuned for optimal performance on both circuit and street surfaces, maximizing cornering stability and consistent road contact
• Dual Shoulder Blocks – Extra-large shoulder blocks work together with the dual block layout to boost cornering grip and lateral stability through aggressive turns
• Wide Center Rib – A siped center rib maintains continuous road contact for fast steering response, improved braking, and strong traction under hard acceleration
• High-Grip Silica Compound – A silica-based rubber compound delivers consistent traction and grip across both dry and wet surfaces throughout the tire's life
• Gradient Step Design – Reduces heat buildup in the central tread ribs, keeping performance consistent during extended high-speed or track use
• Wide Circumferential Grooves – Efficiently evacuate water from the contact patch for strong hydroplaning resistance in wet conditions
• Reinforced Inner Structure – A durable internal construction limits sidewall flex and provides excellent ride quality at high speeds

The Champiro SX2 is a top choice for autocross, track days, spirited street driving, and slalom competition, offering a compelling combination of extreme performance capability and everyday usability.
