Auto Transmiss Parts CA-9079 Accelerator Cable, Throttle Cable, 34.88 in. Length

The Auto Transmiss Parts CA-9079 accelerator cable (also called a throttle cable) is a replacement part that links the foot pedal to the carburetor or throttle assembly. Over time, an old cable can bind, fray, or become sluggish. Replacing it restores smooth, predictable throttle response.

Key Features:

• Manufactured to OE specifications to restore proper operation
• Steel inner cable for strength and durability
• Polymer outer housing protects against corrosion, debris, and abrasion for smooth operation
• Barrel end on one side and bullet end on the other
• Overall cable length of approximately 34-7/8 inches
• Pull-style, braided construction with a black plastic jacket
• Sold individually

Replace this cable if you notice a sticky or hesitating pedal, a pedal that doesn't return on its own, or visible fraying, kinking, or corrosion. Compare the overall length and end fittings with your original cable before installing.
