Asco P149A111X1X04F0 Series 149 On/Off Electric Actuator 1/2" 120V Fuel Oil Safety Shut-Off

The Asco P149A111X1X04F0 is a Series 149 motorized on/off electric actuator designed exclusively for use with Asco Series 148 valve bodies as a safety shut-off valve in fuel oil burner applications. Operating at 120V/60Hz, this actuator delivers fast, reliable open/close valve positioning for demanding heating and fluid control systems.

Key Features:

• On/Off control operation for straightforward open/close valve positioning
• 1/2" NPT/Rp conduit connection — on-site adjustable between 3/4" and 1/2" connection sizes
• Aluminum body construction for durability and long service life
• Fail-safe closed position — fast closure in less than 1 second for safety-critical applications
• Multi-position mounting — can be installed in various orientations
• Visual open/closed position indicator for at-a-glance valve status confirmation
• Configurable valve function — adaptable as 3/2 or 2/2 valve using optional adapters and plugs
• High flow and high pressure design suitable for fuel oil recirculation and safety shutoff applications
• Wide ambient temperature range for reliable operation across varying environments

The Series 149 actuator pairs exclusively with the Asco Series 148 valve body (sold separately, e.g., part number 8148A20000A0000). This combination is engineered as a complete motorized safety shut-off valve solution for fuel oil burner systems. Note: Installation must be performed by a qualified, licensed contractor using properly calibrated combustion test equipment.
