Stabilus 32405070 Hatch Lift Support Gas Spring Strut

The Stabilus 32405070 is a gas-charged hatch lift support (lift strut) engineered as a direct-fit replacement for worn or failed OEM hatch shocks. Part of Stabilus's industry-leading Lift-O-Mat gas spring line, this strut provides smooth, controlled assistance when opening and securely holds the hatch in the fully open position without the need for a prop rod.

Key Features:

• Gas-charged design delivers consistent, calibrated lifting force matched to the original equipment specification
• Hydraulic end-stop damping gently slows hatch travel at the end of its stroke, preventing slamming and reducing wear on seals and hinges
• Weather-resistant construction maintains consistent performance across a wide temperature range and in all weather conditions
• OE-quality standards — engineered to meet or exceed original equipment fit and function
• No special tools required for installation; direct bolt-on replacement using factory mounting points
• Manufactured by Stabilus, the world's leading producer of automotive gas springs since 1934

Replacing a weak or failed hatch lift support restores safe, hands-free hatch operation and eliminates the hazard of an unsupported hatch falling unexpectedly. The Stabilus 32405070 is a reliable, long-lasting solution built to Stabilus's exacting OEM standards.
