Caliso 22633 Thermal Truck Drive Fan Clutch

The Caliso 22633 is a thermal engine cooling fan clutch designed as a direct replacement for original equipment fan clutches. CNC machined to exact OE specifications, this clutch delivers reliable, temperature-responsive cooling performance to protect your engine from overheating.

How It Works:

A thermal fan clutch uses a temperature-sensitive bi-metallic spring mounted at the front of the unit to sense underhood heat. As hot air passes through the radiator, the spring expands and opens internal valve ports, allowing silicone fluid to flow from the reservoir into the working chamber — engaging the fan for increased airflow. Once temperatures stabilize, the spring contracts, closing the valve and allowing the fan to spin freely, reducing unnecessary engine load.

Key Features:

• CNC machined to exact OE specifications for precise fit and function
• All-aluminum body for efficient heat dissipation and reduced weight
• Heavy-duty bearing packed with high-temperature moly grease for long service life
• Silicone fluid design for smooth, temperature-responsive engagement and disengagement
• Bolt-on installation for straightforward replacement
• Broad application coverage for US domestic vehicles

The Caliso 22633 thermal fan clutch restores proper cooling system operation, helping your engine reach operating temperature faster in cold conditions while providing maximum airflow protection under high heat loads.
