US Motor Works 22334 Electro-Viscous Fan Clutch Engine Cooling

The US Motor Works 22334 is an electro-viscous engine cooling fan clutch engineered to meet or exceed original equipment specifications. Designed as a direct-fit replacement, it restores proper engine temperature regulation by precisely controlling fan engagement based on electrical signals from the vehicle's cooling system.

Unlike conventional thermostatic fan clutches, the electro-viscous design responds to electronic commands from the vehicle's ECU, allowing the fan to run only when cooling demand is present. This results in improved fuel efficiency, reduced engine load, and quieter operation compared to clutches that run continuously.

Key Features:

• CNC-machined mounting surfaces for exact OE fit with mating components and leak prevention
• All-aluminum body for efficient heat dissipation and reduced weight
• High-load bearings with high-temperature moly grease for increased durability and wear resistance
• Improved shaft design for higher strength and greater load capacity
• Staked end for anti-rotation retention
• Full surface contact interference fit reduces material stress during assembly
• Designed and tested to meet or exceed OEM specifications
• Manufactured by an ISO 9001:2015 certified company

The US Motor Works 22334 is sold individually and is a direct replacement for the original electro-viscous fan clutch. General application coverage, clutch specifications, and industry interchange information are printed directly on the stock number label for easy identification at the counter or in the shop.
