Product Details

The Wells 4B2059 Vapor Canister (also called a fuel vapor canister, EVAP canister or charcoal canister) is part of the evaporative emission control system. It stores and contains fuel vapors from the fuel system so they are not released into the atmosphere.

Key Features:

  • Engineered and tested to match OE parts in fit, form and function
  • Replaces the vapor canister in the evaporative emission system, which is located near the fuel tank
  • Supplied with OE-style brackets, hardware and electrical connectors when applicable
  • Wells Vehicle Electronics (WVE by NTK) replacement part

A failing vapor canister can cause stalling or drivability issues, poor fuel economy and a check engine light. Replacing it restores proper fuel vapor containment and emissions system operation.
