Dorman 604-374 HVAC Air Door Actuator Blend Door Replacement

The Dorman 604-374 is a direct-fit HVAC air door actuator — also commonly referred to as a blend door actuator or heater blend door actuator — engineered to restore proper climate control operation. When the original actuator fails, symptoms such as stuck airflow direction, inconsistent cabin temperature, or a non-functional defrost mode are common. This Dorman replacement is designed to match the fit and function of the factory unit it replaces.

Key Features:

• Direct replacement: Engineered to match the original actuator's mounting, connector, and range of motion for a straightforward swap
• Position-specific design: Built for a specific location within the HVAC housing — confirm the actuator position and function before ordering, as most vehicles use multiple actuators
• Durable construction: Designed and tested to resist wear and electrical burnout for lasting, reliable performance
• Trusted quality: Backed by Dorman's engineering team with over a century of automotive aftermarket experience

Dorman's 604-374 air door actuator is a practical, cost-effective alternative to dealer-sourced parts. Always verify the actuator's position (temperature, mode, recirculation, or air inlet) against the part you are replacing to ensure correct fitment.
