Four Seasons 73800 HVAC Air Door Actuator

The Four Seasons 73800 is a replacement HVAC air door actuator designed to restore proper climate control function to your vehicle's heating and air conditioning system. Air door actuators are critical components that control the position of blend doors, mode doors, and recirculation doors inside the HVAC housing — determining how air is directed and mixed for your desired temperature and comfort.

Four Seasons air door actuators are built with quality internal motors, precision drive gears, and premium soldered electrical connections, and undergo rigorous testing to ensure fit and performance that meets or exceeds original equipment (O.E.) standards. OE-style connectors with high-quality contacts ensure reliable conductivity for consistent operation.

Key Features:

• Direct O.E. replacement for a precise, no-modification fit
• Quality internal motor and precision gear assembly for long-lasting operation
• OE-style electrical connector with high-quality contacts for reliable conductivity
• Tested for function and durability to meet or exceed O.E. specifications
• Restores proper blend door, mode door, or recirculation door control

A failing air door actuator commonly causes symptoms such as clicking or tapping noises from the dashboard, stuck or unresponsive temperature controls, or air that only blows from one vent regardless of mode selection. The Four Seasons 73800 provides a reliable, direct-fit solution to restore full HVAC performance.
