Four Seasons 73794 HVAC Air Door Actuator

The Four Seasons 73794 is a replacement HVAC air door actuator designed to restore proper climate control function to your vehicle's heating and air conditioning system. Air door actuators are small electric motors that control the position of blend doors and vent doors inside the HVAC housing, directing the flow and mix of hot and cold air to deliver your desired cabin temperature and airflow settings.

When an air door actuator fails, symptoms often include a clicking or tapping noise behind the dashboard, inconsistent temperatures, or vents that no longer respond to control inputs. Replacing the faulty actuator restores full control over your vehicle's HVAC system.

Key Features:

• Direct-fit replacement for a precise OE-style installation
• Built with quality motors, precision gears, and premium circuitry for reliable long-term performance
• Undergoes rigorous testing including a 100,000-cycle durability life test, corrosion testing, vibration testing, and temperature testing
• Electrical testing covers motor torque, proper voltage, and amp draw to ensure OE fit, form, and function
• Manufactured in an IATF 16949 certified facility
• OE-style connector with high-quality contacts for solid electrical conductivity
