Dorman 601-794 Active Grille Shutter Radiator Shutter Assembly

The Dorman 601-794 Grille Shutter is a direct-fit replacement for a failed or damaged active grille shutter assembly. Designed as part of Dorman's OE Solutions line, this shutter restores proper function to your vehicle's active grille shutter system, helping maintain optimal engine temperature and aerodynamic efficiency.

Active grille shutters play a critical role in modern vehicles — opening and closing automatically to regulate airflow through the radiator. A failed shutter can trigger diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs), reduce fuel economy, and cause improper engine warm-up. This Dorman replacement brings the system back to factory-standard performance.

Key Features:

• Engineered to match the fit and function of the original equipment grille shutter
• Thoroughly tested to ensure factory-standard airflow performance
• Durable construction designed to withstand debris impacts during normal driving
• Cost-effective alternative to dealer replacement parts
• Quality tested for reliable, long-term performance

The Dorman 601-794 is a reliable, aftermarket solution for restoring your active grille shutter system without an expensive dealership visit.
