Product Details

The Form Lighting FL0003 is an LED projector headlight assembly (headlamp) built as a direct replacement for the factory headlight. It has a high-output bi-LED projector and a modern LED daytime running light (DRL) look.

Key Features:

  • Bi-LED projector: high-output projector optics for low and high beam illumination
  • Modern DRL: a bright white daytime running light gives a modern appearance
  • Sequential turn signal: integrated amber LEDs light in a smooth, chasing sequence across the lamp, then return to the white DRL when the turn is complete
  • Plug-and-play installation: a wire harness is included to enable the DRL feature
  • Road legal: meets SAE, DOT, FMVSS and CMVSS standards when installed and aimed properly, using the integrated screw-type adjusters

This headlight upgrades the look and lighting performance of the stock unit and is designed to bolt in without a custom install.
