Form Lighting FL0091 LED Side Marker Lights Smoked Lens

The Form Lighting FL0091 LED Side Marker Lights are a premium smoked-lens upgrade that replaces the factory sidemarkers with a full-strip LED design for dramatically improved brightness and a sleek, modern appearance. This complete set includes four sidemarkers — two front and two rear — engineered as direct-fit replacements with no cutting, splicing, or modifications required.

Key Features:

• Full-Strip LED Illumination: A continuous strip of automotive-grade LED chips delivers significantly greater output than stock incandescent or single-point LED factory units, producing a clean and uniform glow
• Smoked Stealth Lens: UV-coated polycarbonate smoked lenses paired with a matte black housing deliver an aggressive, blacked-out appearance while protecting against the elements
• OEM-Grade Construction: Built using premium UV-coated polycarbonate lenses, automotive-grade LED emitters and optics, and direct-fit OEM connectors — manufactured in an IATF 16949-certified facility
• Transient Voltage Protection: Each lamp incorporates transient protection circuitry to guard against voltage spikes on the circuit board, ensuring long-term electrical reliability
• True Plug-and-Play Installation: Designed to drop directly into factory housing openings using the OEM connector — no additional wiring, resistors, or adapters needed; no error codes or flickering
• SAE / DOT / FMVSS / CMVSS Compliant: Meets US and Canadian federal safety standards for legal on-road use

Warranty: All Form Lighting products are backed by a 2-year limited warranty supported directly by Form Lighting. Replacement parts ship quickly from their US warehouse, and returns are not typically required to process a warranty claim.

The FL0091 is also available in Clear (FL0092) and OEM Amber/Red (FL0090) lens options if the smoked finish is not your preference.
