Product Details

The Form Lighting FL0018 Sequential LED Tail Lights are a premium, full LED upgrade for the Toyota Tacoma, replacing factory incandescent tail lamps with a modern, high-output lighting assembly. This set delivers a distinctive look with advanced functionality including LED reverse lights, a sequential LED turn signal, and a signature startup sequence — all in a plug-and-play package.

Key Features:

  • Modern Optical Design: Factory-style optics diffuse light in a smooth, even appearance. The outer perimeter features a C-shaped illuminated bar for running, brake, and turn signal functions, while the interior showcases a unique 4-tier LED layout for a premium, high-end look.
  • Sequential LED Turn Signal: When activated, red LEDs in the outer C-bar smoothly sequence from top and bottom, meeting in the middle for a distinctive and attention-grabbing signal.
  • Smoked Lens — Not Painted: The tinted optical components provide a factory-quality smoked appearance using engineered tinted materials, not a painted-over clear lens.
  • OEM-Grade Construction: Built with a UV-coated polycarbonate lens, automotive-grade LEDs and optics, and direct-fit OEM connectors for long-lasting durability and precise fitment.
  • Road Legal: Features an integrated retroreflector sidemarker and running light. Fully SAE and DOT-compliant for on-road use.
  • Plug-and-Play Installation: No drilling, no additional wiring. Installs in under 30 minutes with no body gaps, no dashboard errors, no flickering, and no hyperflashing. Compatible with factory blind spot detection systems.
  • IP67 Weatherproof Rated: Sealed against dust and water intrusion for reliable all-weather performance.
  • Operating Temperature: Rated from -40°F to 185°F (-40°C to 85°C).
  • 2-Year Warranty: All Form Lighting products are rigorously tested for reliability and backed by a two-year warranty, serviced directly by Form Lighting with rapid replacement shipping from their US warehouse.

What's Included:

  • 2x Sequential LED Tail Lights (one pair)
  • Necessary mounting hardware

The Form Lighting FL0018 tail lights deliver OEM-quality fit and finish with the modern LED styling and advanced features that factory lamps simply cannot match. UPC: 195995129390.

Shipping took longer than expected as I paid for expedited shipping. I reached out to ask why it wasn't sent two day and got no reply. The customer service could really use improvement and this is reflected in multiple reviews. However, the products arrived safely and as described. I'm very satisfied with the pricing as well. At the end of the day, that's the most important thing.

Everything was smooth and easy

Surprised how through the shopping experience was and my tire was delivered extremely fast will definitely be back for future purchases:)

Excellent price and speedy delivery.

Ordered a tire and received a tire. Took a couple days after shipping tag was created for it to actually ship, but it was a holiday week. Came pretty quick after the FedEx tracking was updated.

Great service! Gave additional first responder discount
